Mashreq Bank has officially introduced its new 'Mashreq NEO' segment in Egypt, aiming to reshape the banking landscape through simplified and innovative experiences. This initiative underscores the bank's dedication to improving customer experience and making banking accessible for all segments of society.

The launch of Mashreq NEO is more than just a new segment; it’s a commitment to providing our customers with simplified and innovative banking experiences," said Amr El Bahey, CEO of Mashreq Egypt. The 'Mashreq NEO' platform is designed to accommodate a diverse range of customers, providing quick and seamless access to essential banking services. Notably, it caters to Egyptian citizens aged 15 and above, a demographic that Mashreq is keen to engage with modern banking solutions.
Prospective customers can apply for a Mashreq NEO account through the Mashreq Egypt mobile application, which promises a streamlined and efficient onboarding process. Initially, the service will launch in Cairo, with plans to expand to other governorates across Egypt.
This new segment brings several incentives, including substantial benefits tied to debit card usage. New customers are set to receive a welcome bonus of up to EGP1,000, depending on their spending, alongside a potential balance-based bonus of up to EGP1,800 in the first year.
